To clean your period underwear, you should:

• Wash them in the machine on cold...Just throw them in with the rest of your laundry on a delicate cycle. As a general rule don’t use fabric softener or bleach when washing your period panties because it will make the fabric less absorbent.
• If a washing machine is not available to you, then simply handwash your period panties in cold/lukewarm water. It is important that you note, handwashing all of your delicates preserves their elasticity.
• Hang dry! Hang out your period underwear, and wait for them to fully dry before putting them away. Be sure not to iron them!
